Thank you for your interest in our cabins for your upcoming get-away. Our deluxe cabins are superbly furnished with all of the amenities to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. Each cabin has two bedrooms with queen size bed and two baths (1 with whirlpool tub and a skylight and the other with a shower). A fully furnished kitchen and dining area including a skylight rounds out the great room area that includes a fireplace and scenic window overlooking the wooded ravine. To help you relax and remove the stress of daily worries, a hot tub on the private screened in porch over looking the wooded ravine should help you forget the daily grind. A gas-grill is also included for your convenience. All cabins are Non-smoking, but you may smoke on the screened in porch.
Cabins may be rented by day or week, subject to availability. Weekends are two-night minimum. (Friday, Saturday). Holiday rates will follow our April - November rates. No special offers will be accepted during holidays.

7% sales tax, 3% excise tax. Tax rates subject to change without notice by governmental agencies.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM. The staff at Exit Inn will diligently work to insure your cabin is ready by 4:00 PM. However, in certain situations, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until your cabin is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to your cabin before checking in at our office. Early 1:00 PM check-in is offered for guests with special arrival needs. The cost to guarantee a 1:00 PM check-in is $25.00.
Your cabin must be vacated by 11:00 AM sharp on check-out day or guests will be subject to a late check-out fee of $25 per hour. Late check-out is offered for guests with special departure needs. The cost for late check-out is $25 and must be requested and paid prior to check-in.
Check-in and check-out times will be strictly enforced so our staff will have adequate time to make sure your cabin is in good condition for your get-away.

All reservations require a valid credit card with a minimum of a $150.00 balance for a security deposit.
For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card. Credit cards will be billed for your visit at the time of check-in or you may pay in cash. We also hold the right to charge your credit card in the event of missing items or damages that may occur during your stay. When you make a reservation a rental agreement and confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you.
Personal checks are NOT accepted for rent, tax or other charges. All accounts MUST be paid in full prior to check-in and occupancy of the cabin.
Although there are no phones in the cabins, a telephone is available in the office should the need arise. A staff member is on duty 24 hours. Your credit card number on file will be sufficient for long distance calls.
Our cabins are small and cozy, and are designated stress free zones. We ask that no more than 4 persons occupy each cabin. State and local health department regulations regarding septic tank disposal systems limit the occupancy of the cabins to two persons per bedroom. Due to limited parking please only two cars per cabin.
All cancellations for any reason are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. All cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. You will be charged for your entire reservation amount for cancellations made 24 hours prior to check in.

The Cabins at Exit Inn reserves the right to bill your credit card or deduct form you security deposit for any damages during your stay. Your cabin will be inspected before you check in and after you check out. When you check in, please report any problems you notice to our office to avoid damages being charged to your account. If any damage does occur during your stay, please notify our office so we may take care of it immediately. In addition to any damages, special cleaning needs and movement of furniture may result in charges to your account.
No more than four (4) persons on the deck at a time. Children twelve (12) and under must be accompanied by an adult while on the deck. No smoking on the observation deck, smoking is permitted on the screened in porch. Do not move any furniture to the observation deck. Do not sit on the railing of the observation deck for any reason.
The Cabins at Exit Inn reserves the right to refuse rental or terminate occupancy if in our opinion the occupancy is detrimental to the property. No hook-up use of any camper, bus, van, motor home or tent to any cabin. No refund allowed if occupancy is terminated as a result of a violation of our rental policies.
We pride ourselves in being a stress free getaway. All you will need to bring is your food, beverages of choice and personal health care products. We are looking forward to your stay and providing you the best relaxation experience possible.
